How to Apply

Applying is easy using our Online Application. This simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. A non-refundable fee of $125 must be submitted with each application.

Create an Online Application

To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then login to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status by logging into your account. There you will be able to monitor the progress of your application.


Application Checklist

  • VPK Report card for chidden entering Kindergarten.

  • Current Report Card for children entering 1st-8th grades.

  • Previous two year’s report cards.

  • Reading and Math FSA scores for the last two years (for children in public school)

  • Reading and Math standardized test scores for the last two years (for children in other private schools)

  • Copies of the IEP/504 support plan (if applicable)

  • Copies of the psychoeducational medical evaluation (if applicable)

  • Birth certificate

  • Baptism certificate (if applicable)

  • DH680 Florida Certification of Immunization form

  • DH3040 Florida School Entry Health Exam


New Student Testing: Registration is done after the application is submitted.
